Attorney Nicole Paquin has more than a decade of experience representing individuals and companies in a variety of legal matters in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and State of New Hampshire. She has practiced before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), as well as state and federal courts. She has also been a trained mediator since 2018, and has volunteered as a mediator in Small Claims courts in the Greater Boston area.
Before she opened her own law office, Attorney Nicole Paquin was a partner at a mid-size Boston law firm, where she represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of claims including contract disputes, construction defects, medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and wrongful death.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Nicole Paquin earned a bachelor’s degree in English and then worked as a technical writer, where she honed writing skills which continue to play an important role in her advocacy today.
In addition, Nicole Paquin is an Adjunct Professor of Legal Research and Writing at New England Law in Boston.
